How do I redeem my Aniimo codes?
Luckily, once you know how, it’s easy to redeem Aniimo codes, and you can actually do so as soon as you’re in the game. Follow these steps if you’re lost:
- Launch Aniimo on your PC.
- Hit your escape key to open the menu.
- Click on the settings cog.
- Click ‘account’ and then ‘gift code redemption’.
- Type your code in and hit the enter key, or ‘redeem’.
- Claim your rewards through mail.
You won’t unlock the mailbox until you’ve started main storyline quest “Chasing the Clouds”, so keep playing through the tutorial area to officially redeem your freebies.
Why aren’t my Aniimo codes working?
Sometimes, codes don’t end up working, which we know can be super frustrating. There are a few things we can suggest before you give up, though. The main thing you can do is to make sure your code is written in the box exactly as you see it above, with no spelling mistakes or capitalization differences. Secondly, if you’ve used our copy and paste feature, check that there are no sneaky spaces on either side of your code. If neither of those things work, the code may have expired, but we’ll be back soon with more.
