Arc Raiders trials are important for any seasoned topside veteran; not only do they gift you some free loot, but they offer up challenges that can put you head and shoulders above the rest on the leaderboards. With updates now few and far between, becoming an expert at trials can keep you locked in while you wait for the next expansion.
It’s okay if you’re looking for things to do in Arc Raiders now it’s gone a little quiet – the expeditions are worthwhile, but take a long time to complete, and the maps aren’t exactly coming thick and fast. Trials offer consistent challenge and a ton of free loot for those who can prove themselves. Here is every trial in Arc Raiders this week, and the best place to complete them.
All Arc Raiders trials this week
Trials in Arc Raiders are a set of weekly challenges that test you in various aspects of the extraction shooter. It could be dealing damage to a specific type of Arc threat, or it could be looting a specific type of container. These are passive challenges and are ongoing, so if you don’t do well on one run, you can simply load up again and give it another go.
The Arc Raiders trials for 22 June – 28 June are:
- Damage flying Arc enemies inside the Spaceport walls: Fairly self-explanatory, this one. Waiting for a Close Scrutiny event will dramatically increase the amount of flying Arc inside the walls, as they drop to protect the Assessors. You won’t be alone here, though, as other players will also want to dispatch the flying enemies to get access to the high-value loot.
- Search Arc Probes, Couriers, and Assessors: Prospecting Probes isn’t scheduled for this week, so there’s that idea out the window. Riven Tides tends to see its fair share of Probes near the beach area, but really, they can be anywhere. Keep an eye out for black smoke emanating from the crashed Arc.
- Search Supply Drops: Spaceport is a good place for this, as there is usually a supply drop point near the tower. Call it in and watch your back while you wait for it to drop.
- Damage Leapers: Riven Tides near the cranes is an excellent vantage point to complete this trial. With easy cover and a lot of elevation, you can wail on the Leapers without them being able to do much back.
- Destroy Pops: Head inside any building, and you’re likely to be accosted by several pops. The big buildings on Spaceport and Dam Battlegrounds are an excellent place to farm these rolling threats.
